Welcome to the website of Joachim Matschoss!

Joachim Matschoss is a writer, director and teacher of theatre from Germany, now living in Melbourne/Australia. He has published several collections of poetry. His poetry has been published in many magazines and e zines.

He is the writer of more than twenty plays, as well as book and lyrics for musical theatre and has written a novel in 2006. His plays have been performed in Germany, Australia, Canada, England and the USA. He is currently working on a literary travel journal ‘the old world on desire lines’ and a collection of poems and photographs that describe the early morning in his home town, ‘the hour of the wolf’, which will be published in 2007.
